Welcome to fabulous Mystic Pointe Tower 200. Located in beautiful Aventura, Florida, Mystic Pointe is is a private, gated community with security and controlled access. The community is comprised of six multi-unit high rise residential buildings. Tower 200 resides among five other towers on an island that is bounded by the Florida Intercoastal Waterway and Dumbfoundling Bay.
The overall architecture of the towers is very similar. All the towers look like the letter “Y” when viewed from above. Tower 200 was built in 1998 and was designed as the centerpiece of the community because it is the only building that has a 3-story lobby and a facade that doesn’t contain center apartments. Tower 200 contains 30 floors that are accessible by four elevators and three staircases that are located at the end of each hallway. Each floor contains 12 apartments that range in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet and are based on one of six different floor plans depending on size.
The building contains a card room, game room, library and meeting room. A four-story parking garage, which is accessible from the first four floors, is adjacent to the building. Tower 100 and 200 residents share a temperature controlled 3,500 gallon pool, a 500 gallon kiddy pool and a waterfront Jacuzzi. The pool also features a tiered waterfall that is the centerpiece of an expansive pool deck. Lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas are available for use on a first-come basis.
The residents of tower 100 and 200 also share a three-story waterfront community building that contains a modern gymnasium, gender specific bathrooms, showers and dry saunas on the first floor. A 500 square foot meeting/party room, which is accessible by stairs or elevator, is located on the second floor and a sundeck is located on the third floor of the building.
Mystic Pointe has many amenities including an island walking path, convenience store, kiddy park, clay tennis courts, pickleball courts and basketball courts. The island also has a restaurant, legal and contractor services, physical therapy and a full-service beauty salon. A 120-slip condo marina provides safe and easy access to boats ranging in size from 40-70 feet long. The marina has a full-time dockmaster and store. Parking and valet services are available as wll.
The area around Mystic Pointe contains a myriad of opportunities for shopping, dining, and recreation which are within easy walking distance. Aventura Mall, which is a premier shopping destination in South Florida and one of the top shopping centers in the United States, is highlighted by a collection of coveted luxury brands, a Foster+Partners-designed Apple Store, a selection of chef-driven restaurants, and a museum-worthy art collection. Located in the center of Aventura and just minutes away is the luxurious JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa which boasts two championship 18-hole golf courses, Ame Spa and Wellness Collective, Tidal Cove water park as well as fine dining options. The resort is surrounded by 3-mile walking and bicycle path which is open to the public every day.
The beautiful Founders Park, also within walking distance, is 12-acre park that features a welcome center, a quarter-mile exercise trail, a handicap accessible playground, sun shelters, tennis courts, and an athletic field that can accommodate baseball, softball, football or soccer.
